Vetrosun is a hybrid device for wind and solar energy conversion made from VETAR wind turbine and specially shaped solar panels.
When placed together, solar panels form a slanted platform that deflects air mass toward Vetar 10 turbine intake. As a consequence air velocity inside the turbine is increased which automatically increases Vetar 10 normal energy output, in this case, for about 15%.

The combined installed power of Vetrosun 13i4.2 is 17.2 kW, 13 kW for wind energy, and 4.2 kW for solar energy.

If desired some of the solar panels can be removed, along with their supportive structures, but in that case, the positive effect on wind power output will be somewhat reduced.
It can be used individually or in an array, in an urban or rural environment. It can even be adapted to be used at buildings.
What makes it especially useful is its implementation at valuable and agricultural lands. As it is elevated above the ground, at a height of 7.6 meters, it allows for uninterrupted use of land for gardens, agriculture or livestock pastures.
In this way, Vetrosun solar panels are much more protected from vandalism and damage, compared to usual solar panel installations which, not only make the land unusable but are also very prone to damages.
Vetrosun solutions can also be used as light sources for urban or rural applications with its, almost, 36 meters in diameter light cone for 7.6 meters solar platform height option.
